Kinesio Taping

It was named after the Japanese doctor Kenzo Kaise, who invented it in 1973, to help heal muscle injuries and joint problems in patients in physical therapy clinics.

The Kinesio patch changes muscle tone and helps open a pathway for lymphatic fluids, as well as helping to transfer and distribute the load on the muscles to reduce focus on one place.

This adhesive helps prevent the wrong movements of the muscles and helps maintain their correct place, which reduces the possibility of injury.

The Kinesio patch is applied only a maximum of 18 hours before changing it so that its features do not turn into inconveniences.
